A care plan at TBP is not a punch card of adjustments. It's a structured clinical path with a defined goal, a defined timeline, and one clinician who owns whether you actually get there.
Most chiropractic care is sold by the visit. You come in, get adjusted, pay, leave. Whether you actually get better is treated as your problem to solve.
That's not how serious medicine works. It's not how athletic training works. And it's not how we work.
Every TBP care plan starts with a clinical diagnosis, defines a measurable outcome, and commits to a timeline to get you there. You're not buying visits. You're buying the result.
The depth and duration vary by case. The structure does not.
Comprehensive movement, neurological, and clinical assessment. We diagnose the actual root cause — not the symptom.
Active treatment phase. Chiropractic, soft tissue, recovery technology, and movement retraining — under one roof, by one clinician.
Reinforcement phase. Strength protocols, hormone optimization where indicated, and durability work that protects your gains.
Transition out of active care into self-maintenance, or into our private graduate maintenance membership for ongoing support.
The structure works because we're selective about who we bring in. Honest fit-checking saves both of us time.
The scope of your plan depends on the complexity of your case, not your budget. We recommend a scope after the New Patient Exam.
For cases that require the full scope of TBP's clinical, performance, and recovery toolkit. Multi-region or systemic.
For a clear primary issue requiring sustained active care and follow-through.
For a contained issue with a clear path to resolution. Streamlined active care.
For acute, single-region issues with strong likelihood of rapid resolution.
Regardless of scope. No upgrades. No add-ons.
You see Dr. Books. Every visit. No rotating staff.
A real diagnostic visit. Movement screen, neurological assessment, clinical history, and treatment plan.
Chiropractic, soft tissue, recovery technology, and movement retraining.
NormaTec compression therapy and other recovery modalities included as clinically indicated.
Hormone evaluation through our Inertia Medical partnership when clinically relevant.
Clear clinical milestones. A discharge plan. We tell you when you're done.
A representative timeline. Your case may move faster or slower depending on scope and clinical findings.
60 minutes, one-on-one with Dr. Books. Comprehensive intake, movement and neurological screening, clinical exam, and initial treatment if appropriate.
Dr. Books reviews your case in detail and presents the recommended scope of care, the clinical reasoning, the timeline, and the projected outcome.
The intensive treatment phase. Frequency is determined clinically — typically 2–3 visits per week.
Visit frequency tapers as your body stabilizes. We layer in strength work, durability training, and any hormone optimization that's clinically indicated.
You either transition to self-maintenance or into our graduate membership for ongoing support.
Care plans vary by scope and clinical complexity. The cost is presented during your Report of Findings — after we've actually examined you and built your specific plan.
TBP is a cash-based practice. We do not bill insurance. We can provide superbills for HSA/FSA reimbursement and out-of-network claims.
Care plans are recommended only when Dr. Books believes there's a strong clinical likelihood you'll meet the outcome. If during care your case isn't responding, we adjust the plan.
Yes. Plans are structured but not rigid. We'll work with you to maintain clinical momentum without rushing the timeline.
Regular chiropractic sells visits. We sell outcomes. Care plans at TBP are structured around a defined clinical goal with a defined timeline and integrated modalities.
Most patients transition into either self-maintenance with the protocols we've built together, or into our private graduate membership for ongoing low-frequency maintenance care.
No. We treat athletes, but care plans are built for anyone who takes their body seriously — executives, parents, weekend warriors, post-injury patients.
Absolutely. Imaging, prior PT notes, other clinical records — bring whatever you have. The more context Dr. Books has, the more accurate the diagnosis and plan.
"I'm in week 3 with Dr. Books and there's already marked improvement in all my areas of concern. TBP's comprehensive approach to client care is orders of magnitude beyond the typical palliative offerings of any other chiropractor I've employed. Today we introduced dry needling therapy to my program and there was an immediate pain and neuropathy improvement of about 90%. Adjustment + exercise + therapy + nutrition consult is contributing to significant increases in my range of motion and strength, and decreases in my pain and neuropathy. You've got to put in the work, but if you've reached a point where you're serious and committed about improving your quality of life as it pertains to your body, I'd definitely recommend Dr. Books and TBP to maximize that drive."
